Storm Relief Effort Community Quest (September 28th, 2018)

- Limited time community quest with unique rewards (Sept 28th - Oct 1st)
- 2 part community quest to first gather supplies for storm survivors, then take those supplies to survivors.
- All players gain rewards for completing the goal.
- Individual players gain currency (Relief Effort Coupons) for completing quests.
- Currency can be spent at special store for unique items.

- Added 3 new pets available in standard pet packs from Noon Pacific Sept 28th to Noon Pacific Oct 1st

- Changed the costs of the White Unicorn Mount to include the small feeds also used for the Horse Head custom item, which can only be purchased once.

- Made progress on the next major area content update!

- Fixed various reported typos and quest descriptions. Keep the reports coming!
