Leap Year & Misc Fixes (February 28th, 2020)

- Added a little something for the Leap Year day on Saturday Feb 29th.
- Fixed some players being unable to receive ranch items occasionally (like with the Creature Collector’s Compendium), due to a weird case regarding releasing many mounts.
- Fixed the quest timer UI sorting on top of NPC chat boxes.
- Fixed reshaped Viscacha, Vicuna, and Culpeo companions not counting towards unique pet count in the PAGAS Pet Progress dialog. (as of Wed Feb 26th)
- Fixed sometimes starting the Palming Potent Pomes quest with negative amounts. (as of Wed Feb 26th)
- Increased odds of finding Pomes in the Caustic Crag after completing Kaine’s mystery there and getting the Chonchon. (as of Wed Feb 26th)
- Fixed being unable to buy the first Camaleer stable tier if you released the Camel mount found in the Caravan Route SBA. (as of Tues Feb 25th)
- Can no longer buy more than one Jersey Cow from the Desert Ranch. (as of Tues Feb 25th)
- Fixed the Valentine’s Pet Piece not showing in your inventory. (as of Tues Feb 25th)
- The arrow buttons on the Creature Collector’s Compendium ranch item dialog are hidden if you only have one page (they were disabled before, but it was hard to tell when both are disabled instead of just one when you’re at the ends of the book).
- Fixed the Town Crier showing two daily cooldown entries from Cenote Site fishing and digging quests.
- Fixed package deals with certain requirements not showing when you start the game if you don’t satisfy those requirements (like the plant sprites packs).
- Made progress on the downloadable client.
- Fixed various reported typos and quest descriptions. Keep the reports coming!

Creature Collector Limited Time Quest (February 21st, 2020)

- Added a limited time quest, Coppers of the Creature Collector
- NPC visiting in Event Area
- NPC has store with 3 un-owned pets available for BB! They'll change the next time they visit. - Choose one of three pets and level it up
- Earn Creature Coppers from pet levels and daily quests to spend in unique store
- Have until noon on Tues Feb 25th to level up and complete quests. Can finish main quest between noon on Tues Feb 25th and noon on Wed Feb 26th.

- Fixed Cenote Site quest givers having the “Why aren't any quests available?” chat option when they have quests.

- Can now fish up Salty Aberrant Stones in the Cenote Site acid pool.

- Fixed Energy/Power/Mana crystals in the Cavern of Corruption needing more than the required amount to charge.

Fixed mount collection not showing released mounts.

- Fixed being unable to walk over the Heart Tile ranch item.

- Added Dance Floor (Off) ranch item to the Ye Olde Romantic Marketplace store and Holiday Enthusiast wandering merchant.

- Added ‘!!!’ icon over the Dooty that spawns for Misty’s quest.

- Fixed field critters getting stuck behind stalagmites in field 2 of the Cenote Depths where you cannot whack them.

- Undid the change in the last update: “Super Blueberries should stop dropping from Quester’s Satchels past level 300.” (as of Wed Feb 12th)

- Made “Palming Poten Pomes” quest count any extra Pomes in your inventory towards the quest when it starts. (as of Wed Feb 12th)

- Added Newsletter system which you can subscribe to in the Settings/Options menu. (as of Tue Feb 11th)

- Fixed being unable to find all the items expected from bushes while having very big negative bonuses, like from the Charity Runes. (as of Fri Feb 7th)

Coppers of the Creature Collector

The eccentric Creature Collector has touched down in the Commons! Help them train one of three unique creatures so the collector might see its full potential.

You have until noon on Tuesday the 25th to complete the collector's four daily quests and level up your chosen creature, earning Creature Coppers to spend in their unique store! After noon on Wednesday the collector will be taking their creature back, unless you adopt it by purchasing its corresponding pet pack.

When you hand in the main quest, you'll receive a unique collectable reward! Stay tuned to find out!

Ye Olde Creature Collector's Galleria

When you speak to Tanela Tiva in the event area, you can select the "What past pets are for sale?" chat option.

This will open a new store, which will contain 3 non-event premium pets you have never owned! They cost Bush Bucks, like in event stores. The selection will change next time Tanela Tiva visits to event area.

We've done this in response to players asking to see old premium pets they've missed out on, to help you fill out your pet collection. Snag those old-school companions you're missing out on!

Valentine’s Event 2020 Update (February 7th, 2020)

- Updated Valentine’s Event
- Added new customization and ranch items

- Added Sweet Bat Mount promo from Jan 7th to 10th (free with BB purchase over $10; 30% more BBs over $5)
- Added Zombat and Apocalypse Bat mounts in standard mount packs from Jan 7th to 10th

- Fixed Cenote Site field sometimes not saving your puzzle placements.

- Blacksmith Dialog now shows rune capacity text in red when you’re approaching the limit.

- Will no longer find runes in Bushes or Quester’s Satchels when you’re over your rune limit.

- Super Blueberries should stop dropping from Quester’s Satchels past level 300.

- Fixed the Defeating the Corruptor cinematic freezing.

- Cenote Site field chest now rewards a Salty Satchel with random contents in between daily Vilu Tender drops.

- Fixed being able to power whack Crystal Puzzle Orbs during various Salt Desert quest hub story quests.

Happy Valentine’s Day Bushwhackers!

The residents of the Commons are putting on a Valentine’s Day dance, so you know what that means! Helping with the set-up through one-time and daily quests, plus turn-ins!

It’s not Valentine’s without presents! Help stock the stands with Chocolates, Teddy Bears and Roses by turning in Candy Hearts as the stations unlock.

The event organizer seems a bit frazzled. Why don’t you help her out by doing her set-up quests each day? And don’t forget to keep those party supplies topped off!

Nate needs to prove he's likable, and eventually he'll have to pick a date. Afterwards, help the one he doesn't pick get over her grief with some Ice Cream daily quests until it's time to help Nate’s rejected girl through the 5 stages of grief. All five quests will unlock right after each other and then she will have a new daily quest for you.

Once the Valentine's dance has started, you get to look for the partner of your choice to share a moment on the dance floor.

Jim and Sasha's relationship quests are around. If you haven't married them yet, you'll see either their Dating or Proposal quest line. If they are married, you get to help the pair pack for their honeymoon, or celebrate their anniversary.

You can also learn how to play guitar to serenade your loved one! And who is that mysterious note from this year?

New for 2020

Aaron's bunnies, Cinnamon and Snowball, have run off and are making like, well rabbits! This is a challenging quest that might take you the better part of the event to complete, as you've got to catch not only Cinnamon and Snowball, but their 100 little bunny babies as well! Good luck!

If you can complete the event, you'll earn this awesome 100% reward carousel creature!



Starting next Friday, the 3 new Valentine's themed pets for this year will be available to purchase over the weekend! Can they woo your heart?
