Coppers of the Creature Collector

The eccentric Creature Collector has returned to the Commons, this time with a trio of mantis mounts!



Head to the event area and choose one to train. You have until noon on Wednesday February 11th to complete the collector's four daily quests, level up your chosen creature, earn Creature Coppers to spend in their store, and get another page to your Creature Collector's Compendium!

The Compendium Page will be given after the event ends. If you don't have the Creature Collector's Compendium ranch item, you'll get it when you get your first page.

After the event, the collector will be taking their creature back unless you adopt it by purchasing its corresponding mount pack, available during this mini-event only!

Train hard, Bush Whackers!

The training quests unlock at noon on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Those busy on the weekends can still catch up!

Notes
- The VIP "Quest Reset" power does not reset these mini event quests, and they are not affected by the Time Turner and Timey Whimey Watch.
- These three mounts earn double the experience compared to other mounts for the duration of this mini-event!

Ye Olde Creature Collector's Galleria - Mounts

When you speak to Tanela Tiva in the event area, you can select the "What past mounts are for sale?" chat option.

This will open a new store, which will contain 3 non-event premium mounts you have never owned! They cost Bush Bucks, like in event stores. The selection will change next time Tanela Tiva visits to event area.

We've done this in response to players asking to see old premium mounts they've missed out on, to help you fill out your mount collection. Snag those old-school mounts you're missing out on!

Happy Birthday Nate!

It's that time of year again! Help celebrate Nate Dragon's birthday by decorating the Commons for him....because no one else will.

Safety First

First and foremost, whenever Nate is involved, safety becomes a priority. Find Safety Coins in the bushes and bring them to the stations in the Commons to stock up on protective gear. Turn in 10 coins at each station 50 times for an achievement. You can see the number of turn-ins you've completed at a station when you turn in a set of coins. The Kevlar Pad station is there on the first day of the event, and the Fire Extinguisher and Band Aid stations will unlock as the event goes on.

Party Preparation

Then it seems Nate needs decorations and activities to set up in the Commons. Go out daily and find things for his party. Have fun trying out the activity stations as many times as you want!

Dragon Costuming

If you're trying to get Tiny Little Arms or Just Like Nate achievements, or if you just want to have a little fun, you need to be wearing all pieces of the Dragon gear or the Nate outfit (available from the vendor's Bush Bucks store if it's your first time playing this event) while completing the 4 party Stations: Dynamite Activity, Campfire Activity, Digging Activity and the Training Whacking Activity.

If you've built the Town Hall, you can expect an fiery visitor to the party as well!

Endangered Species - Tenth Encounter

Habitats are changing, and it's endangering many different animal species. Carson Tiva has found that three different endangered species can currently be found in Bushwhackia, as they search for new places to live.

Three Endangered Species

Mongolian Beaver - An endangered beaver native only to the Wulungu River in Mongolia

Smoky Mouse - An endangered Australian species of mouse named for its colour

Desert Tortoise - An endangered tortoise threatened by wildfires and development

Collect Conservation Data

Like you did during Carson's last visit, apply your bush whacking skills to help them collect Conservation Data on these unique animals for the limited time they're here. To gather data, you just have to give them a whack with your sword or other whacking implement. With said data, Carson Tiva can use it to try and help what's left of these unique animals.

Which species you encounter in the fields will be random, so if you fall behind in finding one of the three animals, you can start one of Carson Tiva's pursuit quests. You can do one pursuit quest every 20 hours.

Earn Rewards

Your efforts will not go unrewarded! Carson Tiva will trade you for this data in their store, plus you'll earn a unique plaque for your contributions! Like event ribbons, this plaque will increase your maximum energy based on your performance.

Collect data, complete the achievements, and earn rewards!

In addition to a new set of species, Bush Buck Bundle, and energy boosting plaque, you can earn a new Animal Chest ranch item reward!

'Tis the Season for Giving!

Get into the giving mood of the holiday season by tackling the Bushwhackia Christmas event.

To the North Pole!

You'll want to get started by heading to the event area in the Commons to meet up with the stranded elf and help him fix his teleporter. (It's delicate, OK?) Once you've got it operational, you'll be able to make the journey far to the North Pole where you'll find a bevy of characters who need your special skills to make the holiday celebrations work!

Fueled By Candy Canes!

Your primary task will be helping the elves make presents by bringing them Candy Canes (that you find in bushes), but there is a veritable smorgasbord of holiday related quests to complete as well. All of these quests will unlock over the course of the event, with the last ones unlocking on Christmas Day.

Delivery!

Once you've found reindeer chow for the poor reindeer, then you can help out Santa by delivering a present to a random house daily.

Gingerbread Housing

Gingerbread Men are settling down in the event area and need your help gathering construction materials! Perhaps they'll build you a Gingerbread House of your own?

Presents all Around!!

Here's the event that started the gifting tradition! Once a day, if you have excess tokens, you can send a Present to a friend! These presents will contain a random amount of gold, energy, mana, power and come with some other treats as well. If you want to send more presents in a day, it will cost you a few Bush Bucks. Thanksgiving Time!

The residents of The Commons are preparing for a massive feast to celebrate the end of harvest season, and of course they need your expertise at finding things in bushes!

Finding a Feast

First and foremost, it's all about helping the chefs fill their food stations to the brim - and beyond. There's three of them for three types of meals, so you'll be collecting Meat, Veggies and of course Desserts to feed the hungry masses of Bushwhackia! Can you make all the Pristine Food? Keep doing turn-ins to achieve it!

On the subject of food - four of the guests have promised they would bring a dish to share, but they've forgotten ingredients.

Turkey Trouble

And then, there's the problem of the Turkeys. Apparently, they need to be rescued in some fashion, so you'll need to get on that. You have the whole event to complete it.

Harvests of the World

Once again we're celebrating other harvest festivals around the world and hosting an inflatable surprise. They'll unlock as the event goes on. And tune later in the event for a parade!

Of course, it wouldn't be Thanksgiving without the Black Friday questline introduced in a previous year, and an appliance for all those leftovers!

The Haunted Mansion Has Materialized!

Main Features

Trading Pumpkins

Who doesn't love a good haunted mansion? Well, that's what Halloween in Bushwhackia is all about! But to decorate your very own, you need to do what you do best! Go out into the world and whack bushes to find Pumpkins. Once you have found a patch of pumpkins, you can buy decorations from Glenda outside the mansion, or from the "Store" button while you're in Build Mode inside. Once you feel you've got enough, start laying out your design inside. (You can also purchase the same decorations for Bush Bucks from the Cop in the event area.)

You do not have to place all your collected decorations on display in the Mansion in order for them to count towards "Halloween Collector," they will count so long as they are within your haunted house inventory.

Scaring Candy

The goal is to scare the 8 children standing in front of the house, all of varying levels of bravery. The more you scare them, the more candy you'll earn in return. And you're going to want that candy so you can trade it for the custom items at the event store! You can try scaring them every 20 hours after you scared them the first time.

Glenda the Good Witch isn't just for buying decorations with Pumpkins. You will also be getting several quests from her throughout the event for special interactive decorations. As you complete each of her four quests, you can request help from your friends* by talking to the Construction Worker to increase the decoration's scariness.

The Haunted Mansion Photo Contest

The Haunted Mansion Photo Contest will be starting on Wednesday October 22nd You'll need 300 mansion spookiness before you can submit a screenshot, and at least 50 items placed in your mansion.

In case you're wanting to keep your decorations secret until it's finished, you can now prevent or allow friends from visiting your mansion by talking to the contest NPC and selecting either "Don't let anyone visit my mansion!" or "Allow friends to visit my mansion!" respectively.

Gotta Collect them all!

What can possibly make your house scarier? How about some Creatures which wander around your mansion! Each creature will become available for a set amount of dates which you can then request from friends* by talking to the the Cop.

Candy! Candy! Candy!

To buy the custom items, you need your Candy! Not only do you get it from scaring those insolent little kiddies, you also net some from completing the various quests given to you by the Halloween NPCs hanging out in the event area!

Trick-or-Treat!

Plus from Sunday October 26th until the end of the event, you can hunt down denizens of Bushwhackia and Trick-or-Treat with them for Candy goodness! There will be a spooky character standing in front of a pile of Candy in each of the major areas! NPCs have been added up to the Prismatic Passage region!

Animatronics!

Help the witch construct special animated decorations for your haunted mansion, via their series of Duty and Animatronic quests! You can copy a permanent version of these decorations for your ranch in the Fox's Moulder Most Foul quest line.

  You need to whack up Pumpkins. You can buy decorations from Glenda in the event area, or from the Store when you're in Build mode inside the Mansion. Once you have decorations, you can place them like you're decorating your ranch using Build mode.


• How do I scare the Kids?
  Just keep buying decorations and getting friends to up the scare level of your interactive decorations. As your event progress increases, you will scare the kids more and more. As well, when you reach a certain level of scariness, the kids will elect to no longer tour your house.


• Does the Timey-Wimey watch or Time Turner affect the Kids?
  No, the kids do not have quest cooldowns, so trinket effects that work for quests will not apply to them.


• What adds to my event progress?
  Making your mansion as scary as possible by buying decorations (but you don't have to place them all.)


• Do I have to do the achievements?
  No. Completing the goals for the achievements is totally optional. You get either a large energy pack or a title for your character from them, no event progress.


• Where can I see all the achievements available and how to get them?
  Either on the holiday dialog, the achievements dialog, or on the blog.

A Visitor From the Far Far Ranch

The Far Far Ranch is far far away, but there's a visitor that's brought a piece of it to the Commons!

Bea's visiting from the Far Far Ranch and has brought three Bubble Buddies to see if they'll thrive in Bushwhackia.

Bubble Buddies

Bubble Buddies are cute bouncy critters that come in an array of looks and abilities! Let's see the three Bea's brought with her:



Buddies eat Bushy Carrots and output Blorts, which Bea will trade you for in her Ye Bouncy Buddy Boutique store. Watch the buddies get bigger and bigger as you feed them!

Buddies will also eat the more rare Spicy Tofu to output Blorts AND a resource unique to that buddy. Here are the buddies and their unique yields:

Duck Buddy - Gold
Hyena Buddy - Gems
Mothman Buddy - Mana/Power
During Bea's visit, Bushy Carrots and Spicy Tofu can be found in bushes all over Bushwhackia.

Help feed their bouncy bodies, earn Blorts, and redeem prizes! The saying goes, 'Big Buddies have bottomless bellies!'

Instant Egg Incubation!

Bea's brought a machine that can instantly hatch a basic pet egg! You'll need to whack up a lot of fuel to get it working, via a challenging collection quest. Should you manage it quickly, you can even attempt it a couple more times at the cost of some Bush Bucks to repair the egg machine.

A Feeding Frenzy!

Bea and her buddies leave on Wednesday October 1st, so make the most of the opportunity while you can!

Teach Me How to Whack!

It's time to put your knowledge of whacking bushes to good use as you help educate the next generation! Take a trip to the Event Area of the Commons and get helping!

The Junior Whackers

Help three aspiring young ones learn how to whack bushes, mana whack, and power whack! Bring the Jr. Whackers some Cardboard Swords to use, found in bushes throughout the world, and they'll share the spoils of their training with you. As you help them, they gain experience, "leveling up" and will award more items with each turn-in. Each of the determined young padawans will have a daily quest to power up the spoils from their next turn-in.

Badges!

Another Jr. Whacker is pursuing their Capitalism badge. After you help them achieve that, perhaps they'll try their hand at Socialism?

What's more fun than to earn than your Baking badge? Nothing of course! Help one Jr. Whacker get theirs later on in the event.

Help Keisha get her camping badge again this year! Check back daily for her quest unlocks.

Another aspiring whacker seeks their environmental conservation badge! Help them plant saplings and unlock their unique Ye Environmental Conservator's Equipage store!

Target Practice

A young student of the bush whacking arts challenges you to whack more than 100 cardboard bushes before the end of the event! This is a challenging quest, and we hope you enjoy it. Note: Quest Odds will not increase the likelihood of these cardboard bushes to appear.

Nate?

One strange Jr. Whacker appears to be idolizing Nate. Talk to them and see what's going on.

Nate's Minions

If you've kept up with Nate's saga in this event, Nate has collected a gaggle of jr treasure hunters, or minions, as he likes to call them. Unsurprisingly, Nate's minions still aren't happy with their working conditions. Help Nate with a daily quest to meet his minions demands.

Active VIP members can claim unique rewards based on their event progress! If you don't have an active membership, you have the entire event to consider becoming one! You can earn and claim these rewards until the end of the event.

A Puzzly Woods Portal

While digging an unusually deep fire pit for her campsite in the commons event area, camper Betty found a portal to the Puzzling Woods! Help Betty find some souvenirs to take home from her trip.

The Puzzling Woods

Beyond the portal lies the Puzzling Woods! Here, as you might guess, are puzzles to be solved! Three fields are spread around this strange area, each with a jigsaw puzzle to solve.

The first puzzle is available right away, with another puzzle unlocking 24 hours after the last. Talk to Betty to start quests to solve each puzzle.

Puzzle Monsters

Puzzle Monsters are strange creatures lurking within the puzzles of the old lands! Which three will emerge this time?

These silhouettes are not accurate. Don't bother trying to guess what they are!
We don't know what they look like, but rumor has it they are called: Skippy, Schnelly, and Cookie

Betty will pack up her campsite after the portal closes on Tuesday September 2nd, so don't be late!

Lazy, Hazy Days of Summer

The residents of the Commons want to close out summer with a blast! That big old event field sits there empty most of the time anyways. Help them build an awesome temporary pool to chill out beside. Once you've completed all three building quests, the residents will come in and there will be 3 turn-in stations where you can bring Towels, Sunscreen and Life Rings to get event tokens for buying this year's custom items!

Nate's New Puppies!

Plus, foster an adorable puppy for Nate. It seems he's accidentally ordered too many dogs (again!!) and needs your help to look after them temporarily. Choose one of the 3 to help him out! Once you equip your dog, Nate has some daily quests for you to do to keep the ball of energy that is your puppy occupied. Love the look of the dog? Permanently adopt it with a simple purchase! You can choose between the Wolfhound, Golden Basset Hound, and German Shepherd!

Puppy and Person Training

A professional dog trainer will help train your puppy AND you! As dog owners need to know how to care for their puppy.

Puppy Mill Protest

Miss Marbles is rooting out awful puppy mills this event, and could use your assistance! If you've helped her in the past, you'll help her feed many stray dogs wandering Bushwhackia.

Race Track

Check out the Companion Racing Track once it becomes available, and you'll be able to bet on pet races! You can only win the prizes once per day though.

The Next Race Track Champion

Later on in the event, you'll need to help an NPC train their unlikely companion to participate in the race!
