A Grand Tour of the Sword Coast
Return to the Tomb
Variant: Shadows in the Tomb
Return to the Tomb of Annihilation while defending yourself from some shadar-kai.- Areas with no weather are instead dark and foggy due to the Shadowfell's influence.
 - You may only use Champions with a magic attack.
 - 1-2 Shadar-kai Warriors spawn with each wave. They don't drop gold nor count towards quest progress.
 - A Shadar-kai Soul Monger spawns before the first wave of each boss area. You must defeat this additional boss to advance, and you can't damage other enemies until the Soul Monger is defeated.
 - Complete Area 450
 
Heatwave
Variant: Bel of the Ball
Repeatedly collect the Hand of Vecna from Bel, the Archduke of Avernus.- The only Champion that can deal damage is the one in the middle of the formation.
 - Bel spawns in each boss area. He must also be defeated to advance.
 - Complete Area 450
 
The Oozing Hunger
Variant: Critical Level
Search for a purple worm egg while critically limited in levels.- You can't level Champions past level 750.
 - Champions have an additional 20% chance (additive) to deal critical hits.
 - Two Shadowy Rats join the formation.
 - Whenever a Champion next to a Shadowy Rat deals a critical hit, enemies gain 100% move speed and 100% health, stacking multiplicatively up to 10 times per enemy.
 - Complete Area 525
 
The Wild Beyond the Witchlight
Beware the Jabberwock
Variant: Click or Clack
The Jabberwock is ready for a brawl. Choose between clicking familiars or a clacking Thri-kreen!- You may only use Champions that are not a Standard Species. Standard species are Aasimar, Dragonborn, Dwarf, Elf, Gnome, Goliath, Halfling, Human, Orc, Tiefling, Half-Orc, and Half-Elf.
 - If a Thri-Kreen Champion is in the formation, click damage is disabled and Fire Breath potions have no effect.
 - Complete Area 1150
 
Legends and Lore
Variant: Deities & Demigods
Skabatha is ready for revenge against those with a touch of divinity.- You may only use Cleric and/or Paladin Champions. In addition, you may use Aasimar champions.
 - 1-2 Shadar-kai Warriors spawn with each wave. They don't drop gold nor count towards quest progress.
 - Complete Area 1200
 
The End
Variant: Parting Is Such Sweet Sorrow
Time to deal with Endelyn with a rotating cast of DPS characters. prerequisite: Must have completed all other The Wild beyond the Witchlight adventures and variants.- Champions with the DPS role can't be removed from the formation once they have been added.
 - Every 50 areas, all Champions with the DPS role are removed from the formation and can not be used again in the adventure.
 - Fire breath potions can't be used during the adventure, and click damage has no effect after area 100.
 - Complete Area 1250
 
Light of Xaryxis
Who Lurks Below?
Variant: Bosses Lurk Below
Set sail into Wildspace with those that are both strong in body and in personality.- You may only use Champions with a Strength and Charisma of 14 or higher.
 - Bosses immediately start to enrage upon spawning.
 - Bosses have 100% additional health, 100% additional speed, and deal 200% additional damage.
 - Complete Area 450
 
Xanathaaaaaaar!
Variant: Shadow Business
Investigate a trading post nestled in an asteroid while Shadar-kai try to stop your best negotiators from conducting business!- You may only use Champions with a Charisma of 18 or higher.
 - 1-2 Shadar-kai Warriors spawn with each wave. They don't drop gold nor count towards quest progress.
 - In Boss areas, 5 additional Shadar-kai Warriors spawn with the first two waves. They also need to be defeated to progress.
 - Complete Area 500
 
No One Can Hear You Scream
Variant: Game Over, Man!
Scavenge your way through Wildspace while defending yourself from Monstrosities!- A stray cat that Squiddly adopted joins the formation.
 - 1-2 Gray Scavvers spawn with each wave. They don't drop gold nor count towards quest progress.
 - Monstrosity enemies deal 100% additional damage and move 100% faster for each Monstrosity enemy currently present, stacking multiplicatively.
 - Complete Area 550
 
Welcome to the Rock
Variant: Welcome to the Jungle
Explore the Rock of Bral while being jumped by a jumble of jungle juggernauts!- You may only use Druid, Barbarian, and/or Ranger Champions.
 - A random jungle foe spawns with each wave, increasing by 1 for each subsequent wave in the area. They don't drop gold nor count towards quest progress.
 - Complete Area 600
 
Turn of Fortune's Wheel
Realm of Enchanted Mysteries
Variant: Wherever I May R04M
Escape with R04M while under attack by some shadowy warriors.- You may only use Good and/or Evil Champions.
 - Whenever a Good Champion is adjacent to an Evil Champion, neither Champion deals any damage.
 - R04M joins the formation.
 - 1-2 Shadar-kai Warriors spawn with each wave. They don't drop gold nor count towards quest progress.
 - Somnus, Nightmare Warrior joins every boss area as an additional boss that must be defeated to progress.
 - Complete Area 1150
 
Full Circle
Variant: Somewhat Aligned
Travel back to Sigil as the puzzle pieces continue to align.- You may only use Champions that are completely or partially Neutral.
 - Enemy Damage is multiplicatively increased by 10% every second, and resets upon changing areas.
 - Complete Area 1200
 
Return to Fortune's Wheel
Variant: Strike Force
Search Fortune's Wheel and the Platinum Rooms to find Shemeshka with a well-chosen team of Champions.- When there are more than 5 Champions in the formation, for each extra Champion above 5:
 - Champions attack 2 seconds slower, stacking additively.
 - In non-boss areas, an Overambitious City Guard with 20 armor-based hit points has a 20% chance (stacking additively) of spawning with each wave. Other enemies are immune to damage while any Overambitious City Guards are alive.
 - There is a 20% chance (stacking additively) that a Devourer spawns in each boss area that must also be defeated to progress.
 - Complete Area 1250
 
Vecna: Eve of Ruin
The Peylon Tree
Variant: The Foggy Tree
Investigate the peylon tree in search of the next piece of the rod, but it's so foggy you can't see your hand in front of your face.- Areas with no weather are instead dark and foggy due to the Shadowfell's influence.
 - You may only use Champions with a Melee base attack.
 - 1-2 Shadar-kai Warriors spawn with each wave. They don't drop gold nor count towards quest progress.
 - Champions don't recover health when moving to a new area.
 - Champions resurrect at half health when changing areas instead of full health.
 - Complete Area 900
 
Three Moons Vault
Variant: The Gifted Ways
Enter Three Moons Vault with Champions that must have cheated when rolling their ability scores.- You may only use Champions with a total ability score of 85 or higher.
 - Enemies attack twice as often.
 - Enemy Speed is multiplicatively increased by 10% every second. This speed increase is capped after 40 seconds and resets upon changing areas.
 - Complete Area 950
 
Opening the Vault
The Vault opens once more.You can access the Vault from the notification pop-up or through the in-game shop.
