Coppers of the Creature Collector

The eccentric Creature Collector has returned to the Commons, this time with a trio of fine-tuned vehicle mounts!



Head to the event area and choose one to train. You have until noon on Wednesday March 1st to complete the collector's four daily tune-up quests, level up your chosen vehicle, earn Creature Coppers to spend in their store, and get another page to your Creature Collector's Compendium!

The Compendium Page will be given after the event ends. If you don't have the Creature Collector's Compendium ranch item, you'll get it when you get your first page.

After the event, the collector will be taking their vehicle back unless you adopt it by purchasing its corresponding mount pack, available starting Monday February 27th.

The training quests unlock at noon on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Those busy on the weekends can still catch up!

- The VIP "Quest Reset" power does not reset these mini event quests, and they are not affected by the Time Turner and Timey Whimey Watch.

When you speak to Tanela Tiva in the event area, you can select the "What past mounts are for sale?" chat option.

This will open a new store, which will contain 3 non-event premium mounts you have never owned! They cost Bush Bucks, like in event stores. The selection will change next time Tanela Tiva visits to event area.

We've done this in response to players asking to see old premium mounts they've missed out on, to help you fill out your pet collection. Snag those old-school mounts you're missing out on!

More Horses Of Course!

This little permanent update includes three new basic horses you can tame from Clint, plus armor for them in the Cloudland quest hub, and a dialog from which you can view your mount collection! Speak to Clint to check out the new dialog.

Also, the Pet Release and Craft Trinket dialogs now have sorting filters for your convenience. Happy Whacking!

Hi Whackers!

Thank you for all your feedback on the mount augmentation update. Today we released some improvements to it, to help you on your quest for the perfect mounts!

• Feed selling store now shows "Sell" buttons instead of "Buy" buttons, and items are no longer titled as "trade in...".


• Feed selling store now displays current amount of Mount Bucks in the currency bar.


• Hovering over feed items in the feed selling store will now show what effect it has.


• Can now specify the quantity when buying/selling feeds for Mount Bucks in the feed stores.


• Releasing a mount no longer reduces progress on relevant achievements (retroactive). That means your mount collection achievements will be restored to their old values, if you've released almost all of your mounts.


• Closing the buying/selling feed stores now take you back to Clint's Mount Buck chat menu.


• Gems bar is now hidden in stores that don't have items that cost gems.

Today brings a long-awaited feature update to mounts and the ownership of them! We've added 5 new functions to Clint to help you manage your mounts, and at the center of all of them are Mount Bucks.

You can earn Mount Bucks by...

Releasing Mounts!
Too many horses from your biweekly questing for a mount and Large Energy Pack? Only want to collect one of each color? Well, now you can trade in all your unwanted mounts to Clint for some of the all-new Mount Bucks!

• If you turn in a tamed mount, you'll get 10 Mount Bucks!
• If you decide you no longer love one of your premium mounts and trade it in, you'll get 100 Mount Bucks!
• The mounts received from content areas (such as secret bonus areas) or quests cannot be traded in though, but they do make nice decorations on your ranch!

Trading In Excess Feeds!
Have 100 of each of all the mount feeds you are not really interested in? Now you can trade them into Clint as well for Mount Bucks! Four small feed or one large feed will grant you a Mount Buck. You can also trade in Hay in groups of 4.

You can also spend Mount Bucks to...

Buy Mount Feed!
In addition to being able to buy premium feed for vouchers, you can also buy small and large feed for Mount Bucks. So if you're running low on Large Soybeans for example, you can pick some up with your Mount Buck collection!

Re-train Mounts!
Ever wish you could redo that last level-up of your Mount? Now you are able to buy a retry! With enough gold and Mount Bucks on hand, you can redo a level-up (or 2, or more) gone wrong, and get your mount's bonuses in perfect order!

Swap Mount Bonuses!
Are you loving your current mount set-up, but you really wish it was on your awesome Ostrich instead of your plain Black Horse? Or is today an Elephant day instead of a Momma Roo day?

Well, now for a handful of Mount Bucks, you can swap the bonus set up between mounts! It is an all-or-nothing deal though, no picking and choosing which bonuses get swapped. But it makes using the mount you adore that much easier!
