Idle Champions: Simril 6
Posted in Idle Champions.

Someone outside Luskan has been pillaging the food stores in advance of this year's Simril celebration. Residents are becoming worried that there may not be enough to last the long Sword Coast winter to come!

Simril 6 introduces Warduke, the legendary mercenary for hire human fighter! Simril also brings back Yorven Springpaw, the resident murder bunny Harengon Barbarian Druid, and Lucius the High Elf Sorcerer of the High Rollers: Aerois party! Players have until Monday, December 12th at 12PM Pacific to complete their Simril 6 unlocks and objectives.

I. Warduke

Warduke's services as a remorseless killer-for-hire can be easily bought. The evil swordsman isn't terribly bright, which is why he leaves the plotting and scheming to others. He just likes to hit things with his sword.

This deadly warrior is a Tanking and DPS Champion who grows more powerful the more he swings his sword, all while inverting the positional formation abilities of the other Champions. Once you have unlocked his services, you can swap Warduke with Delina in Slot 8. For more information on Warduke and his abilities, check out his Champion Spotlight, or watch the quick video overview linked below!

Year Six Variants

  • A Figure of Action - Simril is ruined! Someone has pilfered the food supplies and the lack of calories is making everyone attack slowly! Warduke joins the formation, and can't be moved or removed. Warduke's normal attack speed cooldown is reduced by 1 seconds while all other Champions have their normal attack speed cooldown increased by 3 seconds!
    Complete Area 75

  • Yield! - Strongheart thinks you are responsible for the stolen food supplies! Warduke joins the formation, and can't be moved or removed. Only Evil Champions, Chaotic Champions, or Champions with the Gold Find role can be used. Strongheart spawns in each boss area and must additionally be defeated to progress.
    Reach Area 125

  • Strike That, Reverse It - Only specific Champions are able to save Simril now! Warduke joins the formation, and can't be moved or removed. You may only use Warduke and Champions that have positional formation abilities.
    Reach Area 175

Idle Champions: Feast of the Moon 6
    Posted in Idle Champions.

During Feast of the Moon, residents of the Sword Coast pay homage to the deeds of legendary heroes by visiting their crypts and graves.

When the Champions arrive at The Crypt of Legends, they find hordes of undead crawling up from the depths. Something is making the dead heroes rise, and the answer will require a descent into the depths to discover the cause...

Feast of the Moon 6 introduces Virgil, the aasimar storm sorcerer and member of the Rivals of Waterdeep. This event also brings back two Heroes of the Planes: Penelope "Half-Pint", the Circle of the Moon Druid/Warlock, and Widdle, the dhampir gnome wizard! Players have until Monday, November 21st at 12PM Pacific to complete your Feast of the Moon 6 unlocks and objectives.

    New Champion: Virgil

    Dungeons & Dragons Virgil Brian

With unexpected and unwelcome Celestial heritage, Virgil was always trying to get away from both his past and a disapproving family. He put his talents to work on the sea, traveling with crews who he hoped would ask nothing more than that he earn his keep by way of his magic. Eventually he grew tired of wandering and ended up in the quiet lakeside town of Caradoon, thinking he might put down roots. But that all changed when he met and fell for a kindred spirit in the form of a charming and witty Tiefling named Kent. After some over-enthusiastic handling of the local tavern's rat problem, they found themselves on the move again. Fortunately they met Selise Astorio of the Rivals of Waterdeep, and while quickly becoming entangled in the group's adventures they discovered a new family and a new home.

Virgil is a support and speed Champion who is the master of lightning speeds! He makes the attacks of adjacent Champions faster, and speeds up progress if the formation is quickly dispatching enemies. Find out more about him and and his abilities by checking out his full Champion Spotlight!

    Year Six Variants

  • Eye of the Storm - Virgil begins in the formation and can't be moved or removed. Only Champions next to Virgil can deal damage.
    Reach Area 75

  • An Inseparable Bond - Virgil begins in the formation and can't be removed, but can be moved. You may only use Champions with a Wisdom of 12 or higher.
    Reach Area 125

  • Freak Weather Conditions - Virgil begins in the formation and can't be removed, but can be moved. Every 5 areas the weather drastically changes. While snowing, all Champions' normal attack cooldown speeds are increased by 5 seconds. While thundering, a bolt of lightning strikes a random Champion every 5 seconds dealing damage equal to 50% of their max health and stunning them for 5 seconds. While foggy, Champions deal no damage with ranged attacks.
    Reach Area 175

    Idle Champions: Dragondown 5
    Posted in Idle Champions.

At the mouth of the River Mirar in the northwest of the Sword Coast lies the port city of Luskan, also known as the City of Sails. Officially governed by the five High Captains, Luskan is actually secretly run by Jarlaxle Baenre and the Bregan D'aerthe.

    And they need your help.

While celebrating the Summer Solstice with a smaller scale version of Waterdeep's Dragondown festival, Luskan has managed to draw the attention - and the wrath - of a Bronze Dragon and their kin...

Dragondown 5 introduces Merilwen, the Wood Elf Ranger from Oxventurers Guild, and brings back Selise Astorio, Human Paladin of the Rivals of Waterdeep, and Nova, the knowledge-hungry Genasi Warlock from High Rollers: Aerois. Players have until Monday, June 20th at 12PM Pacific to complete their Dragondown 5 unlocks and objectives.

    I. Merilwen

    Dungeons & Dragons Merilwen

Merilwen is at home in nature, happy to speak with animals or plants at the first opportunity. She's always ready to pull out her trusty bow, or turn into a cat, to get out of many tough situations. With a fierce loyalty to her friends, and to nature itself, she'll call upon the moon to deal with anyone who gets on her bad side. And if you're really unlucky, you might stumble into Merilwen's Meatgrinder. Spoilers: it's a very bad time.

Merilwen is a Support and Gold Find Champion who increases the damage of all Neutral Champions, and when she transforms into a cat, she increases the attack rate of adjacent Champions. Her gold find and ultimate are both improved when she is combined with other members of the Oxventurers affiliation. She can be added to the formation by swapping her out with Celeste (Slot 2).

For more information on Merilwen and her abilities, check out her Champion Spotlight!

    Year Five Variants

    • A Neutral Position - Merilwen starts in the formation and can be moved, but not removed. Only Neutral Champions (on the Good/Evil axis) can deal damage.
Getting to Know Merilwen: Merilwen increases the damage of Neutral champions. Use a Neutral DPS Champion to make the most of this!
      • Reach Area 75.
    • Cat Nap - Merilwen starts in the formation and can be moved, but not removed. Champions' normal attack cooldowns are increased by 3 seconds. Merilwen's Wild Shape ability starts out unlocked and has a +300% bonus to attack speed cooldowns.
Getting to Know Merilwen: Merilwen's cat form makes nearby Champions attack faster. Use this to your advantage!
      • Reach Area 125.
    • Loyal Friends - Merilwen starts in the formation and can be moved, but not removed. Her Ultimate starts unlocked and its cooldown takes half as long. Only Champions with an Affiliation can be used, and Oxventurers Guild Champions do 400% more damage.
Getting to Know Merilwen: Merilwen's ultimate grows stronger with other Oxventurers Guild Champions. Try it out if you have already unlocked some of them
      • Reach Area 175.

    Idle Champions: Simril 5
    Posted in Idle Champions.

Someone outside Luskan has been pillaging the food stores in advance of this year's Simril celebration. Residents are becoming worried that there may not be enough to last the long Sword Coast winter to come!

Simril 5 introduces Yorven Springpaw, resident murder bunny Harengon Barbarian Druid. Simril also brings back Lucius the High Elf Sorcerer of the High Rollers: Aerois party, and Krull, the Tortle Death Cleric of Tiamat from Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus. Players have until Monday, December 20th at 12PM Pacific to complete their Simril 5 unlocks and objectives.

    I. Yorven Springpaw

When Yorven came across the Witchlight Carnival he managed to convince the owners to bring him on board. When the Witchlight Carnival returned to the Feywild years later, Yorven moved on, seeking his childhood home - and the hags who banished him.

As a barbarian druid, Yorven has plenty of muscle and power to bring to the Champion roster, and he uses his massive harengon legs to leap into battle with speed and ferocity! He's a DPS and Support Champion covered in magical tattoos and scars and is ready to scrap when you swap him with Tyril (Slot 10) to add him to your formation!

    II. Yorven's Stats

    Race: Harengon Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
    Class: Barbarian/Druid Gender: Male
    Age: 39

    STR: 20 DEX: 14 CON: 14
    INT: 8 WIS: 13 CHA: 12

    Role: DPS, Support

Eligible for Patrons: Vajra, can become eligible for Zariel with a feat

    Slot: 10, (Tyril)

    III. Yorven's Design

Our own sweet murder bunny. As the latest CNE Original this dark and dramatic seeker of vengeance has an endless flurry of epic monologues at the ready. When the Harengon became a playable race in Dungeons & Dragons, our Stream Executive Producer Dylan Wilks was inspired by the powerful bonus action jump ability to find out how dangerous he could make a hopping tank. Drawing on some of the newest character-building options available, he crafted a beastial barbarian who could cross entire battlefields in one giant leap! Once the Champion stats and basic backstory were created, our Content Designer Erin M. Evans began crafting the voice of Yorven, giving him his melodramatic flair.

For more information on Yorven and his abilities, check out his Champion Spotlight!

    Year Five Variants

    • Adventure Variant 1: Raven Swarm — Yorven Springpaw begins in the formation. He can't be moved or removed. Three Ravens appear in each area. The ravens drop no gold, nor do they count towards quest progress. Every 5 areas an additional raven spawns in the swarm.
Getting to know Yorven: If you choose the Hunger for Blood specialization, once Yorven defeats an enemy, he'll jump to another enemy to attack them as well!
      Complete Area 75.

    • Adventure Variant 2: Fangclaw — In each boss area, a vicious rabbit boss enemy appears. It must also be defeated in order to progress. Gold Find is reduced by 99%. Only Champions with DEX of 14 or higher can be used.
      Complete Area 125.

    • Adventure Variant 3: Raven Queen's Memories — Yorven Springpaw is haunted by his time in the shadowfell. A Wraith escorts the formation, increasing the base attack cooldown of each adjacent Champion by 4 seconds. If Yorven is in the formation, the increase is only 2 seconds instead. Enemies move 200% faster.
      Complete Area 175.

    IV. New DLC

Dungeons & Dragons Icewind Dale Prudence

Also launching with Simril is the Icewind Dale Prudence Skin & Feat Pack! This pack includes an unlock for Prudence, the new Icewind Dale Prudence Skin, Prudence's Spell Master Epic Feat, which increases her damage by 120%, and 7 Gold Prudence Chests with 1 Guaranteed Shiny Equipment Card.

For information on previous years' variants, check out the Simril 4 blog. And if you have feedback, let us know in a Community Q&A or Champion feedback post on the Idle Champions Subreddit, on the Steam forums, or on the Official Idle Champions Discord!

Idle Champions: Feast of the Moon 5
    Posted in Idle Champions.

During Feast of the Moon, residents of the Sword Coast pay homage to the deeds of legendary heroes by visiting their crypts and graves.

When the Champions arrive at The Crypt of Legends, they find hordes of undead crawling up from the depths. Something is making the dead heroes rise, and the answer will require a descent into the depths to discover the cause...

Feast of the Moon 5 introduces Widdle, the Dhampir Gnome Wizard, played by Meagan Kenreck who you can see as Widdle on Idle Champions Presents the Trials of Mount Tiamat, airing Mondays at 4PM Pacific on the CNEGames Twitch. You can also catch her as Widdle on Heroes of the Planes Tuesdays at 6PM Pacific on the Demiplane Twitch.

This event also brings back Penelope "Half-Pint", Circle of the Moon Druid and Warlock from Heroes of the Planes, and brings back Sentry, the Warforged Paladin (Oath of the Ancients) from High Rollers: Aerois. Players have until Monday, November 22nd at 12PM Pacific to complete your Feast of the Moon 5 unlocks and objectives.

    New Champion: Widdle

Widdle's life goal is the destruction of Strahd, but with 423 years of gnomish wisdom, she realized she still needed more time. Becoming a dhampir seemed like the best option, and now she uses her enhanced speed and fearsome fangs to help her friends and show that being a dhampir does not make you a monster. With a big personality and an even bigger blunderbuss, she's ready to deal with any challenge!

Widdle is a Support, Healing and Speed Champion who's vampiric charms can buff the damage of her allies while encouraging them to attack faster. But all this battle can make a dhampir hungry, and those she buffs look extra tasty to oncoming enemies, making them spawn faster. When you want to add Widdle to your formation you can swap her with Celeste (Slot 2).

    II. Widdle's Stats

Race: Dhampir Gnome Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
    Class: Wizard Gender: Female
Age: 423 Affiliation: Heroes of the Planes

    STR: 18 DEX: 15 CON: 13
    INT: 17 WIS: 12 CHA: 11

    Role: Healing, Support, Speed

    Eligible for Patrons: Strahd

    Slot: 2, (Celeste)

    III. Widdle's Design

We've been adding the Heroes of the Planes to our Champion roster for quite a while, and it's a wonderful joy to have Meagan Kenreck honor us by bringing the final member to the party! Meagan is a Twitch streamer, graphic designer, photoshop enthusiast, and advocate for inclusivity. She's also known as Sofieus on Silver and Steel, the co-host of "Todd and Meagan talk D&D", and also plays as Widdle in "The Adventures of Widdle and Rend", a D&D one on one show with her Husband, Todd, who plays as Rend.

Widdle always seems to be grinning as she leads the charge into adventure or battle. She focuses on increasing the damage and speed of her friends, boosting adjacent Champion damage with Vampiric Gaze while reducing their base attack cooldowns by encouraging them to Hurry Up Now. Her Specializations boost her damage buff based on specific ability scores, and her Vampiric Bite Ultimate attack not only does enormous damage to a random enemy, but heals herself and her friends.

For more information on Widdle and her abilities, check out her Champion Spotlight!

    Year Five Variants

    • Variant 1: Dhampiric Nature — Widdle begins in the formation. She can't be moved or removed. Undead Enemies deal 200% additional damage and move 200% faster. Gold Find is reduced by 99%.
Getting to know Widdle: Widdle charms her adjacent allies with her Vampiric Gaze, increasing their damage. However, as a Speed Champion, she also increases enemy spawn speed with each adjacent ally! Fill in your formation quickly, Widdle's at the wheel!
      Complete Area 75.

    • Variant 2: Strahd's Test — Widdle may have a vendetta against Strahd, but she's also eligible for his Patron variants. As such, the dark lord has set up a test for our latest Champion. At each boss level, an additional undead boss appears:
      • Area 5: Lich
      • Area 10: Zombie Adventurer
      • Area 15: Powerful Will-o' Wisp
      • Area 20: Zombie Kobold King
      • Area 25: Armored Ranged Skeleton
      • Area 30: Weakened Vampire
      • Area 35: Revenant
      • Area 40: Mummy
      • Area 45: Bone Naga
      • Area 50: Strahd on Horseback
      Complete Area 125.

    • Variant 3: A Widdle of This, A Widdle of That — Widdle begins in the formation. She can't be moved or removed. The Base attack cooldown of all Champions is increased by 5 seconds. This increase does not affect Heroes of the Planes Champions. A Giant Rat accompanies the formation, intent on becoming friends with Widdle's pet rat Gerard. Widdle said not to hurt it.
Getting to know Widdle: Widdle's Hurry Up Now ability grants a chance for adjacent allies to have their base attack cooldown reset after attacking. Level her up quickly to gain access to this necessary skill for this variant.
      Complete Area 175.

    IV. New DLC

    Dungeons & Dragons Widdle

Also launching with Widdle is the Ascendant Widdle Theme Pack! This pack includes an unlock for Widdle, the new Ascendant Widdle Skin, the Rat #59 AKA Gerard familiar, Widdle's Epic First into the Fray Feat, which increases Tasty Friends by 80%, 1 Epic Potion of the Gold Hunter, and 16 Gold Widdle Chests with 2 Guaranteed Shiny Equipment Cards.

    Idle Champions: Dragondown 4
    Posted in Idle Champions.

At the mouth of the River Mirar in the northwest of the Sword Coast lies the port city of Luskan, also known as the City of Sails. Officially governed by the five High Captains, Luskan is actually secretly run by Jarlaxle Baenre and the Bregan D'aerthe.

    And they need your help.

While celebrating the Summer Solstice with a smaller scale version of Waterdeep's Dragondown festival, Luskan has managed to draw the attention - and the wrath - of a Bronze Dragon and their kin...

Dragondown 4 introduces Selise Astorio, Human Paladin of the Rivals of Waterdeep, and brings back Nova, the knowledge-hungry Genasi Warlock from High Rollers: Aerois, and Korth, the ruthless Lizardfolk Fighter. Players have until Monday, June 21st at 12PM Pacific to complete their 4 unlocks and objectives.

For more information about Year 4 Events and how they work, please check out our Year 4 Events Dev Blog.

    I. New Champion: Selise

Dungeons & Dragons Selise Tanya DePass

With steadfast confidence and a knowing smirk, Selise is ready to jump into battle whenever necessary, though afterward, she may pine for a hot bath. She keeps her wife’s ring on a chain around her neck and her well-worn Psychomancy shield on her arm. Despite losing her connection to her God after dispatching the one she swore vengeance upon, Selise continues to try to help those in need, even if sometimes she takes the morally gray path.

Selise knows a thing or two about using her shield, and can change her stance with that shield to buff the party in a variety of ways. When you want to add her to your formation, you can swap her with Arkhan (Slot 12)

    II. Selise’s Stats

    Race: Human Alignment: Lawful Neutral
    Class: Paladin Gender: Female
Age: 42 Affiliation: Rivals of Waterdeep

    STR: 19 DEX: 11 CON: 11
    INT: 15 WIS: 13 CHA: 15

    Role: Tanking and Support
Eligible for Patrons: Strahd von Zarovich, Zariel
    Slot: 12 (Arkhan)

    Selise's Design

Using her Divine Sense to detect enemies around her, Selise can leverage that knowledge to better prepare for battle. She prefers to be in the front lines of a formation, increasing the damage of those behind her and offering extra buffs depending on her current shield stance. When the time is right to strike, her Thunderous Smite will decimate an entire group of foes!

For more information on Selise and her abilities, check out her Champion Spotlight!

    Year Four Variants

    • Stalwart Supporters — Selise starts in the formation. She can be moved or removed. Only Champions with STR of 13 or higher can be used.
Getting to know Selise: Each time you trigger her ultimate attack, she switches shield stances. Each shield stance (Aggressive, Wall, Deflect, and Last Resort) changes the way her normal attack works, and also how Divine Sense buffs Champions in the two columns behind her.
    • Reach Area 75.
    • Tears of Tyr — - Selise starts in the formation. She can be moved or removed. While in outdoor areas, rain falls, increasing the speed and attack damage of enemies by 100%. Champions' base attack cooldowns are increased by 1 second. Only Champions with a WIS of 13 or higher can be used.
Getting to know Selise: Keep Selise in her Aggressive shield stance to keep Champions attacking as quickly as possible!
    • Reach Area 125.
    • The Endless Claws — Selise starts in the formation. She can be moved or removed. Crawling Claws appear in each area (3 after the first wave). They deal 200% additional damage. When a Crawling Claw is destroyed by anyone other than Selise Astorio, it immediately respawns and continues its attack! Crawling Claws do not count towards quest progress, nor do they drop any gold.
Getting to know Selise: Her Last Resort shield stance is optimal for this variant, as it has a small AOE. Using her ultimate to switch between Last Resort and Aggressive shield stances will trigger Thunderous Smite, allowing her to attack even more enemies and clear the field of Crawling Claws!.
    • Reach Area 175.

Idle Champions: The Great Modron March 4
    Posted in Idle Champions.

A modron sighting is a rare occurrence outside Mechanus, the plane of true law.

At least, it's supposed to be a rare occurrence -- word has it that thousands of modrons have been seen on the march in the wilderness, and they are heading towards Waterdeep!

The Great Modron March 4 introduces Mehen, Dragonborn Fighter and adoptive father of Farideh and Havilar of Brimstone Angels, and brings back Jaheira, the renowned half-elf druid from Baldur's Gate, Qillek Ad Khollar, the Aarakocra Cleric of High Rollers. Players have until Monday, May 31st at 12PM Pacific to complete their The Great Modron March 4 unlocks and objectives.

For more information about Year 4 Events and how they work, please check out our Year 4 Events Dev Blog.

    I. New Champion: Mehen

    Dungeons & Dragons Verthisathurgiesh Mehen

Mehen is a tall, powerful dragonborn with dull-ocher scales and a blunt attitude. With strong opinions on the right course of action, he is just as comfortable yelling orders on the battlefield as he is fiercely protecting his daughters. Despite a life thrown into turmoil after being exiled from his clan and attempting to raise twin tieflings, Mehen remains resilient in his sense of self and his abilities with a falchion.

Mehen is both Grumpy and Gruff and uses those qualities to buff and bolster his allies, especially if those party members include Farideh and Havilar. When you want to add him to your formation, you can swap him with Nayeli (Slot 3).

    II. Mehen’s Stats

    Race: Dragonborn Alignment: Neutral Good
    Class: Fighter Gender: Male
    Age: 48 Affiliation: Brimstone Angels

    STR: 19 DEX: 8 CON: 15
    INT: 13 WIS: 12 CHA: 14

    Role: Support & Gold Find
Eligible for Patrons: Mirt the Moneylender, Vajra Safahr, Strahd von Zarovich, Zariel
    Slot: 3 (Nayeli)

    Mehen's Abilities

Mehen is a Support and Gold Find Champion. With the new Brimstone Angels affiliation, he buffs his daughters Farideh and Havilar (and they buff him), while Exiled helps all three find the gold they need to continue their adventures.

Mehen prefers to be towards the back of any formation where he can think tactically about the battle and issue precise orders. Grumpy gives buffs to Champions in front of him, and Gruff boosts this buff based on how far ahead Champion in question is, while We’ve Trained For This increases the amount of gold he’ll collect the further back he’s placed. For more information on Mehen and his abilities, check out his Champion Spotlight!

    Year Four Variants

    • The Elusive Bounty — Mehen is on the hunt for a pixie from the feywild who has been harassing adventurers for years! He starts in the formation. He can be moved or removed. The pixie arrives in each boss area to taunt Mehen, buffing all enemies so they move 100% faster and deal 100% additional damage. You must defeat her in addition to the area requirements to advance.
Getting to know Mehen: To maximize Mehen's benefit within your formation, you'll want to watch his Grumpy stacks and keep them within the middle range.
        • Mehen gains Grumpy stacks based on which column he is in with a gain of 1 stack per second in the front row, to 5 stacks per second in the back row.
        • Mehen loses Grumpy stacks when one of the following things happens to either Mehe, Farideh or Havilar: They attack (10% loss), they take damage (10% loss), or they kill an enemy (5% loss).
    • Reach Area 75.
    • The Neverending March Continues — Every time a Modron is killed in non-boss areas it shuts down for 5 seconds and then comes back to life with full health. Modron enemies deal 100% additional damage.
    • Reach Area 125.
    • Volo's Guide to Grumpy Guys — Volo has returned to observe the formation. Only Male Champions can be used. Enemies move 100% faster, and deal 100% additional damage.
Getting to know Mehen: While Mehen works best with his daughters Farideh & Havilar, he's no slouch on his own. Without the Brimstone Angels in your formation, you need to manage Mehen's Grumpy stacks a bit differently. Remember that changing his column will alter how quickly he is gaining Grumpy stacks.
    • Reach Area 175.

Idle Champions: Feast of the Moon 4
    Posted in Idle Champions.

During Feast of the Moon, residents of the Sword Coast pay homage to the deeds of legendary heroes by visiting their crypts and graves.

When the Champions arrive at The Crypt of Legends, they find hordes of undead crawling up from the depths. Something is making the dead heroes rise, and the answer will require a descent into the depths to discover the cause...

Feast of the Moon 4 introduces Penelope "Half-Pint", Circle of the Moon Druid and Warlock from D&D Beyond's Silver & Steel & Beyond Heroes, and brings back Sentry, the Warforged Paladin (Oath of the Ancients) from High Rollers: Aerois and Vlahnya Um'vairar, the Eladrin Bard/Wizard. Players have until Monday, November 23rd at 12PM Pacific to complete their Feast of the Moon 4 unlocks and objectives.

Penelope "Half-Pint" is a halfling who just wants to be everyone's best friend, even if they are evil, or a plant, or a rock. With friends that already include a treant named Neverember and a clan of chwinga that have adopted her, Penelope is ready for anything! She has the heart of a true hero and will always stand by her friends until she goes into shrub mode of course.

    II. Penelope's Stats

    Race: Halfling Alignment: Chaotic Good
Class: Druid (Circle of the Moon)/ Warlock Gender: Female

    Penelope's Abilities

Penelope is a naive, young, happy go lucky halfling who just wants to be your friend. She is a Support, Gold Find, and Healing Champion who buffs Champions based on their role(s) and alignment, and she does it all with a skip in her step!

With Have You Met My Friends, Penelope tags enemies she can't kill so her friends can finish the job. Chwinga Mask allows her to call chwingas to her aid. While enemies are attacking, Penelope panics and dons the mask. A Chwinga friend appears on her shoulder and grants charms to adjacent Champions based on their tags. Tanks will heal a percentage of health every second. Support, Healer, and Gold Find champions will buff Global Damage. Story Time augments Chwinga Mask, based on how efficiently her friends are killing enemies.

Her specializations focus on her ability to make friends with everyone, buffing Have You Met My Friends by increasing the damage of the formation based on the alignment on the Good-Evil axis. Her second specialization augments her basic attack to include an additional terrain changing effect. Minor Eruption adds a small radius of area of effect damage, leaving difficult terrain underneath her enemies. Hey Batter Batter increases her knockback by four times against non-boss enemies and her damage is increased by 200%. Her ultimate has her casting Erupting Earth, creating difficult terrain to slow and wound enemies.
